A Top Tier Investment Firm is seeking a finance professional to handle a Derivatives Middle Office / Trade Support role for their Asset Management Business. Will liaise with front office, middle office, and back office personnel to sustain timely and accurate information flow. Perform trade and cash settlements; confirmation review; trade processing; and cash and asset reconciliations. Credit event management. Manage and monitor full collateral cycle for various derivative products. Participate in projects to enhance workflows. Maintain daily valuations for various derivative products, i.e. CDS, IR/CC Swaps, FX Forwards, and Options. Provide systems support for Derivative trading platform - Front Arena. Assist in Audit inquires. Requirements: Experience in the trade support of financial products, including fixed income and equity products Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and at times take the initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision Dedicated team player with strong sense of ownership and follow through skills. Must be willing to side load on additional projects as team needs develop and maintain maximum flexibility as to work flow and time management Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in math or business; Masters/MBA is preferred Experience with business process tools such as MS Project, Excel, Access, Visio is preferred, but not necessary Fluent in a broad range of programming languages, i.e. SQL, VBA, HTML is preferred, but not necessary Experience with PAM, Front Arena, Bloomberg, and DTCC is preferred, but not necessary
